  At 910 pm waited at the speaker drive through 2 minutes silent , finally someone came on said one second 4 minutes later said hello , again one second … 3 minutes later finally took my order . Whatever reason just communicate say sorry something‘s happening or sorry we only have a few workers or whatever the reason just please don’t let me sit there with nothing and then whenever she did take the order she had an attitude and then whenever it was over, she just didn’t say anything like OK your total ways please pull up to the first second window so I just pulled up to the first window sat there for a while. Nobody was there and then somebody waved me to the second window just this evening was very bad customer service.

  I placed a mobile order for breakfast and when I arrived they did not have my order and told me that it was because breakfast hour had passed I had waited in the Drive-Thru for over 10 minutes which is what caused the breakfast time to pass but I had placed my order well before breakfast ended. I tried to explain the whole situation and ask for the manager but all they could do was say no there's nothing they could do about it. I even explained they should have the order in their system prior to the breakfast time ending but they tried to say that they don't see those orders. Even if true that is a bad system and they should have figured out how to fix it a long time ago. However I've been to this McDonald's many times and this will probably be my last. They have always had bad service because they are the only McDonald's beside the hospital and they get a lot of orders just because of demand not because of good service. The service is always been excruciatingly painful

  I loved that she asked if I wanted the cream and sugar pot it my coffee where burger king won't fix it. They give you cream and sugar in a bag to fix while driving!
