  If I could give 0 I definitely would The customer service is awful and to be told by cashier when you ask 20m later for 2 cups of coffee only to be told we're busy. Then get in my car to cold hot coffees If I wasn't passing through on 81 I would have gone back in for a refund but can't wait another 20m to get a manager for a refund I thought McDonald's was a great coffee place where we live I actually got a cold cup too There is no way when the manager poured my coffee she didn't feel the cup was not even warm this is how I ended up 20m later getting cold coffee motioning manager down and she was not very nice either I rate this location total 0 Don't go here if you are passing down 81 Winchester exit unless you have at least half hour to 40m to eat or kill if 2 coffees take 20m Terrible terrible

  Very rude at the drive thru. I couldn't even order everything the kids wanted. The lady kept interrupting, asking if that is all. Without letting you finish 1 sentence. The manager handed the food at the drive thru and just shrugged about how rude the lady was taking the order.

  10:40 pm white girl don’t know her name rude. I asked a question and she closed the window door in my face if you don’t like your job then don’t work because we all got jobs lol

  A very nice McDonald's with excellent customer service and clean restaurant and affordable delicious food.
