  Sandwiches are always great, but those red velvet cookies are dry/stale

  This used to be a place we would get a quick lunch or dinner. In 2025 and now 2026 they put HALF the ingredients they used to on their sandwiches. Not worth it at all.

  First time here and the service was horrible. I love Jimmy John’s Beach club sandwich and that’s not what I received. There was not much in my sandwich. They did not put much meat, the avocado spread which makes a difference was not in my sandwich, and the bread was not fresh! My drink order was even wrong. I asked for sweet tea and was given coke. The employees definitely need some training. Super disappointed.
