  Last night I was there shopping and the girls were very friendly .. just because of the manager, how can they have such an unsocial manager in this place? The manager of Thursday, April 30 at night is badly behaved with customers. She looks at one of the customers in an unsocial and arrogant way. I think that people like that should not be at the front since they do not like to watch their payment enter through the door .. because the customers that are the payment of each employee in each business .. I hope you take this comment into account and talk to this manager so that the next time when looking at a customer puts her best face since it is her payment that is coming in .. as long as she is employed by a place like this you will have to put on her best face disguised with joy.

  Register Person couldn't understand what "light sauce" meant. Had to list every topping item very slowly for understanding. They gave me a sandwich with only jalapenos when it says on the receipt everything+ jalapenos and the fries are soggy and limp. What happened to 5 Guys!? Order 59.

  Everytime I go i am greeted with a smile! Those behind the counter making food are clean, in uniform, and making delicious food. A wonderful place to sit and enjoy good food. They are also FAST I placed my order and was out the doors in minutes! 11/10 highly recommend

  Huge shout-out to Omar! I recently had a bad service experience here, but Omar stepped up and made it right immediately. He was professional, kind, and clearly cares about the customers. Five stars for Omar—he’s a massive asset to this team! Huge disappointment for a rare treat – Soggy and inedible. We haven't had Five Guys in a long time and were really looking forward to it as a treat tonight. We picked up our order around 8:30 PM and live just down the street, but by the time we got home, the burgers were a total mess. The bread was so incredibly soggy that it completely fell apart and soaked through—we ended up having to just eat the meat because the buns were basically mush. It was a really gross experience for a burger that costs this much. It’s a shame because the milkshakes were awesome and the fries were great, but the main part of the meal was a fail. When you’re paying these prices, you expect a burger that holds together for a 5-minute drive. Hoping the team can look into their wrapping or prep process so this doesn't happen to anyone else. And again the Update: Huge shout-out to Omar! I recently had a bad service experience here, but Omar stepped up and made it right immediately.
