The food was delicious and you all were working your butts off. Whoever it is though that allows for staffing needs and thought 3 is a good number on a major shopping week that even kids are off of school for shame on you doing that to your staff. 3 people Thanksgiving week for to gos, drive through, and inside service! Thats wrong!

They ALWAYS forget at least one item. Don't expect to get what you ask for, if you are served at all.

I am at a Tropical Smootie at least 2 times a week at various locations as I am on the road a lot and want to have healthy options to consume. This is the first location where I experienced the smoothie to be so far from what it's supposed to taste like. It was watery and unflavorful. That's the only complaint, but if your main item is smoothies, thats a big problem. Island Green Detox is my go-to.

But when I went to go pick them up, no one addressed me at all, so I just took my drinks. Both my husband and I experienced a mouthful of some sort of seeds which we are still spitting out of our mouth and trying to pick them out out of our teeth. It was watery and honestly, it felt like perhaps we got the bottom of the jar with all the seeds so we did not drink them. It was a waste of time and kind of sad because I was looking forward to it. I could also see in the parking lot where other people had tossed their smoothies onto the parking lot, which I will not do. I will take this and dump it in the sink or perhaps give it to my chickens. I have ordered this drink before many times and always thoroughly enjoyed it at other stores so somethings going on with management here or training.
