First the lobby doors were locked, so I pull in the drive thru and said “I’m here to pick up a door dash but your doors are locked?” She told me to pull around, so I did and she made the comment lobby is closed till 9 so I replied “DoorDash should put that in the notes” to which I was told, it’s posted on the door and I need to learn how to read. The reason behind the shitty attitude was because I had a shitty attitude first? I wasn’t even talking to the her from the jump when I said anything about door dash should list lobby hours for their drivers in the order screen. I hope she wasn’t a manager of any kind. I’d hate to work for her.
