Consequently, I am now required to drive back to Winchester, VA, a journey of approximately an hour, to rectify this error. This experience has been exceptionally unsatisfactory, resulting in a significant waste of both financial resources and fuel, particularly given my diabetic condition and the resulting delay in my meal.

I called and spoke to Brian who said they never received the order. He then offered to "cancel" the order. Umm, how can you cancel something that you don't see?? I said that we wanted our pizzas ($116 worth) and he said that he can't make the pizzas since there is no order. I printed my confirmation and drove to the store. I presented my confirmation to Brian who offered to show me his computer that they did not have the order. I said I do not care that he cannot see the order. The fact was that he NEVER offered to rectify the situation. He NEVER offered an apology and agree to make the pizzas right away. He never offered to a store credit. He never even said next time he will take half off. He offered NOTHING!! I asked him how I would have known that they never had the order and he said I should have called earlier. WHAT?!?!? Please look at the reviews for this store and seriously take a look at who you employee there. Brian has zero brain cells and should NOT be allowed to be in management..PERIOD!!!!! P.S. I did call the Corporate office while I was there in the store and let them know I did just that!!
