When we showed up in person, both the staff and manager treated us with rudeness and hostility — more like prison guards than restaurant workers. Absolutely the worst experience. Do NOT bring your family here.

Or the cheese wasn't melted on the sandwich so you already know that means the sandwich wasn't hot. Or they put so much salt on the fries and sandwich I just throw it in the trash. They do have halfway good Carmel Frappe!
