My wife brought my daughter to the drive thru tonight ( 12/5/25) at about 5:45 pm and instead of providing any level of customer service, the guys working were clowning around with each other and left my wife and daughter sitting in the car at the window with the food ready and visible for over 5 minutes allowing the food to get cold. No apology, outside of a “my bad” and no offer to remake the food fresh. The owner/operator should be ashamed of the standards they have set for their employees. You encourage what you tolerate and I refuse to believe this is a first time issue.
