  Very rude at the drive thru. I couldn't even order everything the kids wanted. The lady kept interrupting, asking if that is all. Without letting you finish 1 sentence. The manager handed the food at the drive thru and just shrugged about how rude the lady was taking the order.

  10:40 pm white girl don’t know her name rude. I asked a question and she closed the window door in my face if you don’t like your job then don’t work because we all got jobs lol

  I placed an order on the app and I paid for the hot honey sauce. They gave me hot mustard instead, so I went back through the drive through and asked them for hot honey and they gave me hot mustard again. This is the 3rd time this happened.

  I used the app to order a pick up breakfast order inside and my order showed up in good time and was correct. I actually ate here two days in a row for breakfast and both times were good. The place was fairly busy for breakfast time. I got my breakfast and soda cup and the soda machine worked well and I like the straws they have available. Their straws are better than the straws at my local McDonald's. I used the app so I didn't really have to deal with anyone besides them calling my name for the meal and they did that fine. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuits tasted like normal biscuit sandwiches from McDonald's. If I'm ever back in Winchester, I'd come back to this location for breakfast and use the app again to order.
