I ordered a McDouble with no onion or pickle, and was asked to pull up and wait for my sandwich. I watched other cars being directed to park as well. When I got my food they promised me it was made correctly so I drove off. Halfway home I started to eat the sandwich and it had onions on it. When I grabbed the sandwich to wrap it up to throw away something came off of the rapper and or the sandwich and I have no idea what it is. Not sure if I can share the picture here but it is disgusting. I've tried calling the restaurant for the last 30 minutes and the phone is ringing busy. Unfortunately, it would appear I can't share the picture but will happily do so if there's another way to do it.

His customer service genuinely saved my experience. He is a hero.

Had to put the fries in the air fryer when I got home and my house is literally 4 minutes from this McDonald’s. Not only did someone take that monopoly piece but I got cold food too. Do better!
