  Leaving my second google review ever because of how bad this place is. It would literally (not figuratively) be faster to drive to & back from the Stephens City location than to order from here. It’s astonishing.

  So, I hardly leave reviews but this location needs to be looked into, I often pick up DoorDash orders from this location and I can say you’ll be waiting 10-20 mins and I can understand that it’s a busy/popular establishment my issue is when their is close to zero communication when it comes to asking what the person is here for on top of that the workers just seem to work/move in a slow pace and seem to have attitudes most of the time, everyone just seems all over the place and they don’t make it feel very welcoming and they also always seem to be out of products for their customers and online orders

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I visit Dunkin’ frequently, and this is the only location in Winchester where I consistently experience issues. Every other Dunkin’ in the area has great customer service, so the contrast here is noticeable. This morning, there was a handwritten sign taped on top of the drive-thru speaker explaining they were out of regular and small cups, which made the ordering setup confusing. When I tried to place my order, I was interrupted mid-sentence so the employee could list several unavailable items, like croissants, cheddar, and bacon. The interaction felt rushed and not very helpful. This also isn’t the first issue I’ve had at this location. On a previous visit, the inside of my bacon jam croissant was completely cold. And when I paid with Apple Pay, the employee took my phone out of my hand — which has never happened at any other Dunkin’ I go to, including this same location on previous visits. Every other time I’ve been here, the staff has always pulled out the tap-to-pay monitor so I can tap my device myself. This made me think some employees may not be fully trained on handling contactless payment properly. Overall, this location is consistently out of basic items and the service often feels rushed compared to other Dunkin’ locations nearby. I hope management can address these issues so the customer experience becomes more consistent.
