  New building new furniture two televisions clean atmosphere and nice and quiet especially on Super Bowl day 8 in the lobby by myself only three booze one made for handicapped

  I went in to pick up my order and the manager onduty was screaming and yelling and cussing at the employees and running around complaining about orders and cussing about the pick up window. She even was calling the employees bad names. I asked the employee at the counter what her name was and they said brandy and that was the boss. I felt so bad for the employees. If my boss every screamed at me like she was doing to her employees I sure wouldn't work there. This is supposed to be a new store. I think I needs a new manager running it. That was extremely unprofessional. No wonder there is a turn over there and they are always hiring.

  When I ordered food and picked it I noticed that one side had no cheese on it of my pizza. Apparently, I messed up when ordering on the app I went into the store and talk to Brittany, and she was so kind. She remade my entire order and gave a little something for the inconvenience. Even though it was my fault, the customer service here definitely makes me wanna keep coming back.

  Last time I went there, I was looking forward to trying the spinach and feta pizza, having grown up eating Mediterranean type foods. I do have trouble eating garlic as it gives me heartburn. The ingredients were Alfredo sauce, spinach, onion and feta. However, when I got it, it was so salty and garlicky, I couldn't eat it. It tastes like someone dumped an 1/8 of a cup of garlic salt on it. The server did tell me that while they dont use garlic salt, they do squirm a circle of garlic sauce on it, something that wasn't listed in the ingredients. I also saw a pile of yellowish course flour-type substance, they were rolling out the dough in. That probably is a garlicky salty typeingredient, but not sure. When I asked if I could get breadsticks instead, she said they put the garlic sauce on that too. I asked for cheese bread without the garlic sauce. I got little plain bread bites with loose parmesian cheese that didnt stick to it. I had to ask for a marinara sauce and was given a look. They were also inedible. When I asked the server to taste it, she said "I dont eat that stuff!" Never wasting my money there again.

  I ordered pizza online for my husband to pick up on his way home. It was the first time I have ordered food online (yes I'm old, I like to do things in person). The process was very user friendly. It was a very basic follow the prompts, which I appreciated. I was able to follow my order from the time it was placed until my husband picked it up. I happened to be on the phone with him when he picked it up. The staff sounded very friendly. He was in and out very quickly. The food was good when he got home. Unfortunately we live at least 30 minutes out from town so delivery is not available to us. We had the left overs for lunch the next day. Overall I am pleased with the whole experience.
