  I never flat out splurge on take away. But, I was gifted a card and I was going to a place where I needed to eat and ordered pickup inside at a certain time. WOW, walked in a little warm early and not there. No big deal, sat and waited checking to see if my meal made it to the rack yet or not. Five minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, the staff asked me if I could be helped. I gave my name and they found it in the drive through. It was not hot, this was my first clue. What I should have done was check their work. I paid for double protein, that didn’t happen. I got maybe a regular amount of protein, rice, and the wet stuff(sauces.) I was so hopping mad. But, I was at my event and really had no option but go hungry or eat it. My point is check your order before you leave.

  We planned on a pre-holiday dinner with family and friends at this Chipotle. After walking in around 4:00 pm yesterday on a Saturday afternoon, we were absolutely disgusted by how filthy the dining area was. There were copious food remnants on the table tops, and the greasy windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. My wife heroically started to wipe the numerous leftover food particles off a table, but quickly stopped after surveying the entire dining room which was an unmitigated disaster. Needless to say, we immediately bolted out of this trashy establishment and headed for another place to eat. The kind of management and ownership which can totally neglect this type of eatery should obviously not be in the restaurant business!

  Waited and extra 30 minutes for our food! It was cold when we got it! The the burritos were smaller than our hands and all the sauces were upside down in the bag other than that . good.

  I AM ONLY GIVING 4 STARS BECAUSE TREYVON IS AN EMPLOYEE THERE AND HE MADE FOOD AND RAN THE REGISTER HELPING CUSTOMERS TO HIS FULLEST. ON THE OTHER HAND (JOEL) THE USLESS MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT RUNNING A SMOOTH ESTABLISHMENT BUT INSTEAD SITTING DOWN AND EATING HIS FOOD WHILE HIS ONE EMPLOYEE STRUGGLED WITH NO HELP FROM OTHER CO WORKERS OR HIS OWN MANAGER TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMERS! GOOD JOB TREYVON FOR HOLDING DOWN THE FORT!!! THE LEAST I CAN SAY ABOUT YOUR CRAPPY MANAGER JOEL:(

  The food is so boring, tasteless chicken, i ordered online which was a huge mistake since they didnt add any of the sauces i wanted but yea overall mid and not worth it
