  The people were nice but they are always out of a ton of their stuff. I wasn’t told they were out of tomato salsa and corn salsa till I was at the end of the line. I should have listened to the reviews left by others.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE: I am giving 1 star review because there is no way to give a zero, I set a pick up order and when I went to eat the meal I found the guacamole was like that, called the store and talked to Jasmine "(Manager)" and she told me if I wanted a refund I need to reach the AI through the app asked for refund and nothing happens, at this point, I don't want to participate to this scam anymore.

  Went today, a Sunday, right after opening. Ordering was easy, portions were good and food was delicious. The restaurant was clean.

  I don't know if I will go to another Chipotle but I do know I will not be going to the one in Winchester, VA. I put in a mobile order to go via the app. I pick up my order and there is no drink cup. I bring this to their attention - they study the ticket on the bag for 3 seconds then hand me the cup. Ya fine, whatever. I fill the cup on my way out...no lids for large drinks. I ask the employee for a lid. They are out. I said ok well my order is to go and I can't bring a large cup with me with no lid so can I have two smaller cups to pour it into? Spanish language to (I guess) the manager who looks at me for 2 seconds with a sour face and oks a regular cup and a childs cup. I'm just done with this. I am done with paying a price premium ($26 for 4 damn tacos and chips) and getting crappy service. They want to charge the premium price but there is never premium service to go with it. Sorry to annoy you Chipotle with my customer needs. I just want what I ordered without the attitude.

  Never in my life have i ever seen such hostility over some cheese. I went in as i normally do, and ordered what i normally order. White Rice, Pinto, Chichen, Lots of Cheese, Lots of Lettuce, Sour Cream On Side. The little hispanic lady with the glasses decided she was the defender of cheese today and gave me 5 shreds each time i asked for more. She stopped, rolled her eyes at me and then decided TODAY is the day im going to be charged 1.60 twice for two sides of cheese. We are talking 5 shreds of cheese. So 3.20 for some cheese, in this economy i coulda went and bought the whole damn block for that price. Im all for paying for extra, just give me what i asked for. Never got the sour cream on the side. Lets move to the cashier. A red haired gentlement, I requested a side of chips and a cup for water. Both of which were thrown at me and landed on the counter. I was never presented with the chance to swipe my rewards so i couldnt use those either. The disrespect coming from people being paid to do a job. I cash out, and have to ask for my sour cream, which i was totally ignored by the guardian of the cheese but the cashier got her attention and was able to get it. then threw it in the bag. Terrible experience. Disgusting attitudes, lack of respect and plain out insulting behavior from this afternoons line crew. That consisted of two people.
