Sat in the drivethrough and it didn't move for 20 mins, walked up to the window and there were like 6 workers in there dicking around. I said theres like 7 cars waiting in the drive through for the past 20 mins and they said well we are short staffed so expect to wait longer and then told me to leave lol

Terrible customer service. Cashier left while I was talking to him, didn’t confirm if I was done with my order and just printed the receipt and left. My friends ordered through a kiosk and didn’t get half their order without going up to the desk and asking for it, which they were met with the same cashier rolling his eyes and sighing before grabbing it as slowly as possible, then slamming it on the table. Manager started insulting people after they spent more than a couple minutes in the bathroom.

Still no refund.
AVOID THIS WENDYS THE MANAGER SUCKS
I will leave a one star review every single day until I get my refund. Manager is so rude it's genuinely hard to believe. Order was wrong and simply asked for a refund and the manager refused and said I could just come back to the store. She then hung up on me and refuses to do anything about it. I don't know who is actually in charge of this store, but the customer service is an absolute joke. I do NOT recommend this location at all. Poor service, rude management. I will make sure every single person I know is aware of how this location treats their customers.
People need fired there.

Where do I even begin.... the tables were messy, it wasnt even busy.. We came here for my son's birthday as he wanted wendys. We get our meal for 7 people and his kids cheeseburger was missing. My sandwich was just a classic chicken, it was supposed to be an asiago chicken ranch. My husband goes up to tell them (very politely) and the manager was called over. She just said, "WHAT?" and was super rude and snippy about it. They took the sandwich back, added cold cheese and handed it back. They gave my son his missing cheeseburger with also cold cheese on it. The manager was very rude about the whole thing. They obviously did not care AT ALL. She was super disrespectful when all we asked was for the meals we paid for. I emailed corporate as well.
