  Absolutely worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, and that’s saying a lot! The entire night crew should be fired!!! Disgusting! Management was rude! Food was inedible! All around mess! Crew was goofing off. Pop machine is so dirty it makes the soda taste rotten or maybe it’s the ice. Chalupa shells were hard as a rock. The meat was old and crusty. Lettuce was wilted…. 🤢

  About once a year I try fast food and am immediately reminded why I stopped going to fast food places. After waiting eight minutes in line for the touchscreen order computer, because nobody was working a register, I ordered a quesadilla to go. About 10 minutes later my name was called out and a guy dropped a tray on the counter with my quesadilla. I said can I get a bag this was to go. He was kind enough to toss an unopened paper bag on the counter and walk off and join the other six or so people that were standing around watching other workers make food. When I picked up the quesadilla from the tray and tried to put it in the bag everything fell out inside. And so now I have a bag full of ingredients.

  This is a routine Mexican pizza you get here if you go around 8pm. This is the third time in about a month, so I’m posting this for the owners to see the quality of their staff at a specific time. I’m wondering if the owners of this place do routine quality checks.
