  Staff insists calling by the name while can't pronounce my name, leading to awkward and tension. Had to change to an easier name just for Taco Bell. Not that bad an experience for me, but might not go as well for others.

  All my food was terrible all the soft shells was hard and found something foreign purple in color in my first bite the worst location I’ve ever been too

  Now I understand all the horrible reviews. Avoid this Taco Bell at all cost. I've been there several times always extremely long wait, rude employees. The $1.00 happy hour drinks are almost $2.00 after tax. They do not give senior discounts like all other Taco Bells. They charge for water. They put very little ingredients in their food. Ordered 2 gorditas, one Taco. Had very little ingredients which contained mostly lettuce 1 tiny piece chicken couldn't find any sour cream and it was hard and cold. Guy making food didn't have gloves on, had long dreadlocks slinging around food. The girl taking my order couldn't speak or understand English. Had to wait forever in drive thru asked twice are you there, girl snapped at me. Told girl window as long as we waited for 1 drink should be free she snapped back at me. Called manager next day she said people refuse to come inside and order would rather "sit" in car wait in drive thru. I told her my drink was flat she did offer free meal which was cold, all lettuce, hard and nasty. Will NEVER be back. Surprised still operating.
