  Absolutely horrible. Placed an order online. My sandwich was completely wrong. Ordered Italian bread, turkey, American, less cucumbers, regular lettuce, and mayo. Did not receive Italian bread, extra cucumbers, and barely lettuce. The second sandwich - bread was so hard it was not edible. Missing drink and chips from the meal. Called to speak with someone and the person answered said to call back in an hour to speak to a manager because she didn’t make the online orders.

  Wasn’t able to go in because they had a sign saying be back in 10 minutes. I waited for 10 minutes. Still hasn’t come back. Could’ve at least turned off the open sign.

  Worst subway I have ever been to!!I simply said I wanted a Philly steak and cheese, but made with chicken instead. The Hispanic guy that made my sandwich was consistent on me getting The steak instead because it was cheaper. That’s not what I asked for and I explained to him that I don’t eat red meat. The cashier which is light skin and old looking was even worse. She was very rude telling me what came on my second sandwich. I asked for extra mayo and she drenched it with mayo like it was the last supper. I wanted to cuss her out so bad and tell her how bad her customer service is. Definitely will be following up with corporate. As I always say if you don’t like your job, get another one! Don’t make innocent people suffer. If the old me was here, this would’ve been a different out come . Mind you I just left not even five minutes ago and I’m already writing a review
