  I had a great experience at this Panera Bread location. The food was exactly the quality you’d expect from Panera—fresh, consistent, and satisfying. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite and attentive throughout my visit. They were constantly checking the dining area, cleaning tables promptly, and picking up trash and dishes from finished meals, which made the whole place feel clean and welcoming. I also appreciated the extra touch—they even came around offering samples from their current dessert selection, which was a nice surprise and added to the overall experience. Excellent service paired with reliable food quality made this a five-star visit for me!

  Lunch from Panera is virtually a daily occurrence for me... it's beyond delicious (addicting!), healthy, and the entirety of the staff are perfection...consistently! Thank you panera , so very much.

  Drive-thru staff was very nice, but my salad was half full. This was not $6.89 worth of salad, even by Panera standards, and only had 3.5 pieces of chicken.

  Ordered food as dine in and they packed it to-go. When I asked why, they said it was due to a soccer tournament happening and couldn’t keep up with dishes. No one was inside eating besides another couple and woman. We purposely wanted to eat dine in because their serving sizes for to-go are smaller for the same price. Little ridiculous to spend $30 on food here and them have lack of communication, small portions and use a BS excuse for not plating food.

  This review is specifically for Evan that works here. Literally the epitome of AWESOME customer service!!! I love coming to this location because this man is just so DAMN NICE!!! ❤️ On hard days, he always puts a smile on my face. 😊 Also requesting to give this man a raise TODAY! ‼️
