  My husband and I went to outback steakhouse in Williamsburg and we ordered ribs and we had potato soup everything we had was delicious we would go back and Cadillac friends to go

  Waited a long time for food after getting appetizer and salads. There was a piece of film covering or plastic in the baked spinach dip. After waiting a long time for the entrees, my fried shrimp was over fried, burnt, extra crispy. It even smelled burnt. My sister hamburger was burnt as well and the middle was still red for a burger that was ordered done.

  You’d expect Outback to be the same wherever you go, but this one looks run down and ready to retire. The server was super friendly but maybe a little over friendly doing the kneel down to get to our level and fist bumping, etc. I would have much preferred less friendliness and more consistency with the service. Never once asked if we needed refills on water, I’d ask for more bread and It never came, asked for more dressing and never came and we had to send our steak back 3 times because they couldn’t figure out medium rare on a ribeye. So one of us was basically eating alone by the time they got it right. They did take it off the bill so that was nice. It almost seemed like college kids were running the place, overall the food was good but I wouldn’t come back.

  The parking lot was full which made me concerned about the wait time. We were seated promptly. Our waiter greeted us within a few moments and was attentive throughout the meal. In addition he knew the menu quite well and offered appropriate suggestions. My steak though cooked properly was a bit tougher than I expected. In general a typical Outback experience with exceptional service.

  We were visiting this location due to traveling. The place was jammed packed but the wait was less than 20 minutes. Our waitress came right over as soon as we were at our table and took our orders. The food came out within 10 minutes, hot, tasty and our steaks were cooked to order! The waitress made sure our drink glasses were full and checked on us periodically. We were in and out in about an hour. If we’re ever in the area, we definitely will go back to this location.
