  Couldn't tell what was worse - the fries or the customer service. If this place is consistent with something, it's having stale fries. Waited in a line that took forever just to get two employees with an attitude. Got our food and they missed two things. Go to tell them and they sigh and try to fight us on what was ordered, despite the app showing exactly what we paid for and even opening the bag in front of them to prove we didn't get what we were supposed to before they brought the rest of the order. Mistakes happen all the time, but to catch an attitude about it is crazy. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on John Tyler or better yet, Chick-fil-A

  The service is great. Friendly and kind faces. The food is better than we get up here in DC as far as freshness. The restaurant itself could have been cleaner.

  Used the on line app. Got text telling me my food was ready. Waited 10 minutes to get half cooked fries and an underwhelming Big Arch missing some of the ingredients.

  I hope the car behind us is enjoying our meal. We got the wrong meal, service was scattered. Should have checked the bag, but normally don't have too! Didn't realize until we got back to the hotel🫤

  They told me I needed to wait like a few minutes for my order and my fries were old and obviously redropped in the fryer
