  I came from Bush Gardens to this location to pick up something quick and it took me about an hour to wait for my food. Do not use this location for something quick to grab and eat specially if you have kids with you.

  Every time we stop here there is a problem and employees make it bluntly honest they could care less if you received all of your items with no attempt to resolve the issue. Corporate needs to give this location some much needed attention.

  Will mess up your order every time. Absolute worst McDonald's ever. Used to good. Now it's absolutely disgusting. Terrible place, recommend eating anywhere else. Rather go hungry than go back to this location

  World’s slowest service. This place has two drive-through lanes but somehow only handles one car at a time from start to finish before moving on to the next order. And their double burger? A complete joke 🤣 First time and last time here! My suggestion is close your second drive through lane and focus on one customer at a time because obviously thats all your capable of handling with the limited trained staff.

  I ordered on the app, and wasn’t told until I got to the second window that there were no m&m’s for my McFlurry, and asked if Oreo was okay. I said yes, then he came back to tell me the ice cream machine was down, but they did have shakes. I’m not sure how that’s possible but I asked for a refund. I was told that since I ordered on the app, and would have to go through the app, since it’s a third party. I was pretty irritated by then so I rolled my eyes and said a chocolate shake will do. The kid went back in, and then came back to tell me again that I need to ask for a refund through the app, completely disregarding my asnswerq
