  Where common sense is not common. The store is always out of everything and when you have shoppers shopping for you, they tend to replace items that are not exactly the substitute. I’m not talking different brand or quantity or size. I’m talking about completely different items. Like replacement for milk would be sour cream type of thing. Also, there has been many occasions when I went to the store right after Shopping was done for me, and somewhat all the items that were out of stock for the shopper, were in stock for me. Magic!

  The older woman at the customer service desk has been the most rude 3 times now! Over and over on 3 different occasions she has yelled, cussed and smack talked me for not reason other than she can’t handle the stress of a busy job. Someone needs to speak to her and teach her customer service! Also how to be a grown up and treat people with respect. At no time did I engage other than to ask to pick up my order.
