The worst part was that I had placed a mobile order, but still waited for over 10 minutes directly at the pickup window for the food (that had been ordered more than 45 minutes earlier). And it was COLD when we received it! For a simple order of chicken nuggets and one kids meal, this was an extremely disappointing experience. There were at least 3 workers inside just standing around talking in front of the window the majority of the time we waited at the window also.

She wanted everything to be perfect and her team worked with purpose and efficiency. Ive seen "chefs" who couldn't get their crew to be like how they were. Honestly, eating here was the highlight of my family's trip to Williamsburg and we all agreed it would be a new tradition to visit this location everytime we came up
