    Every item came out of the warmer or the microwave and it was indicated by the stale French toast, the cold potato wedges and the hard tasteless rubbery chicken biscuits. I didn't know that you just stopped trying because the breakfast hour was wrapping up.

    1st I do like Wendy's food, but the push to make customers use a touch screen sucks and my wife and I went to Chic Fila. The screen sato use use it while the counter person was on break. There was also another senior couple there as well. Neither of us wanted to use the touch screen to order. There was other employee walking back and forth who knew two sets of customers ready to order. After several minutes of being ignored the first couple left. When I made a comment to where the employee could hear that I was upset. He finally asked if he could help me. I said no i am just waiting for my wife to come out of the bathroom so we could leave as well. I know that there is a push to MAKE customers use the self order screen, but THAT is not customer service. What ever happened to "hello, how can I help you today". If the employee had just said "I will help you in just a minute", instead of ignoring us two couples. Customer service is everything.

    My favorite place to eat fast food. The food is amazing, the staff was great all the times I went. I never had a problem with my order and funny story I actually got mistaken as someone who worked there. All in all Wendy's is my favorite place to eat as far as fast food
