there's a kiosk in the front of the store, I was using to place my partner and I's order. We were approached by a female and she had asked if we would rather take our order at the register. My girlfriend and I were still trying to figure out what we wanted, as to why we were using the kiosk she was SUPER polite about it, she seemed to understand that.. we were then approached by a guy after she had walked away 2-3 mins INSISTING we order at the register.. but there's a kiosk option for a reason. So we continued to use the kiosk, he had a bad attitude and no customer service skills at all WHATSOEVER! after we paid he looked at us and was like how many cups do you need, as if our order doesn't get sent to a screen. I've worked in fast food out through my high school years and HAVE never asked someone how many cups do they need with an attitude like we were being a bother!
