  Poor customer service from the staff. I was never acknowledged upon entering or the entire time I was in the establishment. Seems like they did not want to serve us since they were sitting down in the common area.... The workers caught an attitude because I asked one of the workers to wash hands before preparing food.

  Great spot. Staff too busy complaining about making the smoothies they forgot the little kale salad I ordered for a side. Money is tight so when you don’t give people what they paid for they stop going to that store and find other locations with better service. If i could retract the tip from when i paid it certainly wasn’t earned. I appreciate the owner response. I wish the link they gave actually worked. Most of the 1 star reviews are in the last 6 months. I too loved the previous manager. Consider bringing her back. If not, it’s time to clean house on staff. New manager and team who run a tight ship. If not the 1 star reviews will grow and formerly faithful customers like me will drive extra to not go to this store. Doing it right matters.

  Very disappointed in my smoothies. For an almost $10 smoothie, I expect it to be flavorful. This is the third time in the last few months that I have gone to this location and my smoothie has been almost tasteless and had a lot of ice chunks. I’m not sure if the recipes have changed or what but I’m going to try a different location and hope to have a different experience.
