Money is tight so when you don’t give people what they paid for they stop going to that store and find other locations with better service. If i could retract the tip from when i paid it certainly wasn’t earned. I appreciate the owner response. I wish the link they gave actually worked. Most of the 1 star reviews are in the last 6 months. I too loved the previous manager. Consider bringing her back. If not, it’s time to clean house on staff. New manager and team who run a tight ship. If not the 1 star reviews will grow and formerly faithful customers like me will drive extra to not go to this store. Doing it right matters.

This is the third time in the last few months that I have gone to this location and my smoothie has been almost tasteless and had a lot of ice chunks. I’m not sure if the recipes have changed or what but I’m going to try a different location and hope to have a different experience.

Between the lack of respect and accountability from the employees to then blaming the day to day poor practices on their general manager Kaavya who just happens not to be on site is a bit ridiculous. Kaavya i hope your employees are misinformed or misunderstood because this is just unprofessional at this point. If you can avoid this particular location i would.
