How are you reading an order that says toast the sub roll and you don’t toast it? How do you see a foot long and make it a half inch? This is the only subway that gives me trouble and if I didn’t work so close to it, I would choose another. Y’all definitely need to do better. It happened to me more than once and I feel like a fool for even coming back but I wanna see how it is in person. I’ve already complained on DoorDash and now I’m complaining on here !!!

- AAAndrewAug 15, 20251.0Subway team member was unprofessional with choices of music and manner during my visit. They were also sitting in the dining room prior to my families arrival vaping. Person working admitted they were alone and overly stressed. Product was empty on the line, she was vaping in the back room before taking mine and my families orders. Bread was as white as a ghost and came out of the oven burnt and crispy. Veggie portions were small and broken like the product had gone by. Location was a mess as well. No chips stocked, meat was not stocked. Thank God I'm not from the area, otherwise I wouldn't return to this location even if I came back to the area
