    Excellent food. Great atmosphere. Wonderful service and very friendly. Both my husband and I had steak. Both were cooked to perfection. My dish had rice and was crisped in a wok-yummy. We love Peruvian and are tickled we no longer have to drive far to get it!

    We've recently discovered Peruvian food, so were excited to learn of Pisco 51. Chef Pedro has developed an amazing menu, and says new items are being added soon. We went with friends & started with a round of regular (if you can call them that) Pisco Sours, and variety of appetizers to share: Causa Rellena, creamy ceviche, yuca a la Huancaina. For dinner, we enjoyed Lomo Saltado and Lomo a la Huancaino and a flight of flavored Pisco Sours with barista style art: llamas, the word Peru, etc. Every last thing was delicious. We will be back to try the rest of the menu. Chef Pedro and his wife were delightful to talk to, as was our server. TRY THIS PLACE!

    Spent a wonderful Saturday night at Pisc 51 , good food,wide variety of Peruvian dishes, great drinks, especially the Margaritas.Absolute best thing was the Karoake,John did a fantastic job.We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves singing ,all night long, Great place , must visit in Williamsburg!!!
