Apparently that person is in a call center and not in the store and the order wasn't relayed to the store and the mistake was discovered until I returned home. Not too happy that I had to drive back to get the correct item. They didn't refund my money.

I did tip not sure what the problem was….. anyways i opened up the box and the pizzas were cold. Also, they were hard as graham crackers. I just don’t understand how my pizzas can be cold and you’re 5 minutes away from my house. This was the 3rd and last time.
