  Ive been waiting for them to open and today I was able to go in there...WHEN I MEAN THEY HAVE A DELICIOUS CHICKEN SANDWICH..I MEAN THAT!! LOL it was so amazing and it was a good size! Keep up the amazing customer service!

  I’ve been very excited for this location to open, as the Richmond location has been my go to place when craving a chicken sandwich (yes, I’d drive an hour away for a chicken sandwich). Today I tried a chicken sandwhich combo with fries. Upon walking in, the decor of the place was nice and vibrant, I did notice the floors to be just a tad dirty with crumbs and footmarks, nothing crazy though. The ordering kiosks are convenient. I paid with cash so I ordered from the cashier who was friendly and helpful. Despite many customers ahead of me I received my order in a respectable amount of time. The spice level of the sandwiches were perfect for what I ordered (mild & medium). However, comparing the sandwiches to the Richmond location, I noticed that the oil used at this location is not nearly as fresh as the other location which negatively affected the taste of the chicken and fries, giving it an old grease taste. Luckily the spices and ingredients used sort of masked most of that taste. Overall, I’m liking this location, I’m sure they’ll only get better from here.

  This place was awesome! We waited for a while for it to open and very much worth the wait. Chicken was juicy and packed with flavor, fries were pieces of crispy perfection, and portion was huge but needed because you just can’t put the food down. Def recommend to anyone thinking about going!

  The food was fresh and delicious; the portions were huge! I got 6 piece wings, 18 piece tenders, 3 chicken sandwiches, some fried okra, and waffle fries. I mean, these sandwiches are so worth it! The combo bix is the suze if my head fr. The owner, Dino, was such a nice man, and his staff were so helpful. I'm so glad to have a place like this in Williamsburg now! It was enough to feed me and 5 guys at the Advanced Auto Parts next door where I work. If you like heat go get ghost pepper dry rub have to sign a waiver though lol. Cant wait to go back and get a milk shake!
