- BMBailey McNabbFeb 6, 20261.0Tried to order online for delivery. After AN HOUR and a notification that the driver had left we got a notification that the order was canceled. Called the store, was told we were out of the 5 mile radius that they have for delivery. If you look it up, we’re 4.6 miles. Asked if they could transfer it to another store, he rudely told us no because he had too many pizzas to make to deal with that. Then asked if we could come pick up the order, was told it would take ANOTHER HOUR. And we’ve gotten delivery from this location before, so please make it make sense.

Orders were taking longer than expected, but we still got our food in a timely order considering. I hope that Adan is doing well and you're awesome man.

Not that hard to make pizzas and deliver them… smh Or at least call me and tell me you can’t do it so I can call someone else and get food for our group.
