Checked every bad review I could to see if mine was similar and it was if not worse. I have yet to be reached out by someone from the store or corporate. The automated emails are very pointless and just lead you to a dead end. PLEASE PICK ANOTHER STORE OR ANOTHER FRANCHISE AT THIS RATE. I am still open to someone making this right.
