Other than a lack of after the fact tipping options for contactless delivery I have no complaints.

Around 9:00, the delivery time kept fluctuating, and the app never updated to “arrived.” I waited outside in case the driver was lost, but no one showed. By around 9:20, I realized I had accidentally entered the wrong phone number. I called to explain, and the gentleman on the phone was very kind—he spoke with the driver and told me to wait outside since the driver couldn’t reach me at the incorrect number. When the driver arrived, I approached him apologetically, knowing he had likely tried calling multiple times. However, instead of letting me explain, he cut me off and repeated several times, “I called you like 10 times. You didn’t answer.” Even after I tried to re-explain and apologize, he continued to say the same thing, at least five times in our short interaction. I still gave him a tip because of the mix-up (which I regret), but he responded sarcastically with, “Oh, a tip, wow thanks.” While I fully acknowledge that the mistake was mine, that does not excuse an employee from speaking to a customer in such a dismissive and rude manner. The only reason I’m not giving this a one-star review is because of the kind gentleman on the phone who helped resolve the situation.

Then two people went to look for my ticket. Finally after being there for 20 minutes, I was told it would be ready in 7 minutes. 20 minutes later, they still can't find my order. I have a car full of kids and no food. The manager finally came over and said, "Wait! I made this!" I said, "great. Where is it?" And she gave me a guppy face--mouth moving, and no noise coming out. I watched the entire staff run around frustrated and confused on several orders. If anyone had even been at the register and tried to help me when I arrived, they could have made my order on the spot and I would have been out in less time. This is not a professional location.
