Hi, I just visited your Williamsburg Chipotle location and had a really bad experience. The restaurant was not clean, the rice had no cilantro, the food on the line and tables looked messy, and the rice was hard. There were no lids for sides so everything had to be wrapped in foil, no forks, and no ice. When I tried to get Pibb, the machine sprayed liquid everywhere.I’ve been to many Chipotle locations and this was by far the worst. It really looked like the employees weren’t taking things seriously. Please address this.

Ordered online at 3:45 for 4:00 pick up. Had to wait in the restaurant for 20 min before they made it. Ice machine was broken (which I get happens), but on top of that the soda machine would shoot mr pibb at me and the whole machine barely had carbonation whatsoever haha…by the time I wanted to ask for a refund for my drink, I didn’t want to have to deal with the slow pokes in there so I just left.

Personals keep ignoring me, I have been 20 minutes waiting for pick up order, crazy thing is they even didn’t know that they have a pick up orders. I should pick up by 2:04 now it’s 2:32! Carzy!!!

This place is falling apart. For a long time the soda machine didn't work, often there is no ice. The guacamole was really chunky and tasted like water for a long time. Last time I came the corn was frozen. Last three times, people have been in a big line for pickup orders (10+ today) while there is almost no one in the other line. I've sat down to eat and all the empty tables are still dirty during lunch hour. Chipoltle is still good food and a great deal, but this place needs to raise the wage and get some more people to help out.

Placed a pickup order yesterday, and when I got home and opened my bowl a few hours later, the guacamole, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce were all missing. How do you leave out half the ingredients? I called the store for compensation- especially since guacamole is extra, but the phone went straight to an AI system, and I couldn’t reach a real person. Extremely disappointed with the customer service.
This isn’t the first time, either. The last two times I ordered from this location, half the ingredients were missing as well. Once, the rice wasn’t even in the bowl and it was filled with pinto beans, which I didn’t even order. It’s extremely ridiculous at this point -does anyone double-check the orders before handing them out? Can the employees here read ? I’ve never had an experience this bad at any other Chipotle, and I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews - that’s how frustrating this was. And it's not like the store was busy or packed when I went in- it was empty, so there’s really no excuse for this. Do better.
