What an awesome restaurant. From the service..the food the whole experience was great. The Waverly post office was celebrating its Christmas office party at this Carrabba's location. From making the reservation to checking in with the two hosts. Thank you to Graciela and Matt for getting us all checked in and table's set up. Our waiters were Great we had Dylan and Ronald they went above and beyond to accommodate US. The Food was very good and all of the guests loved and kept saying how good everything was. We all highly recommend this restaurant and staff. Thank you for everything.

Ashley was an amazing server. My friend and I meet up for dinner monthly. We got put in Ashley’s section and she made an already great evening amazing. She was very accommodating, knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor and didn’t pressure us to eat quickly. We were there for over 3 hours and all the staff were polite and kind despite the fact that we closed down the restaurant.
They had great happy hour deals to get a 9oz pour at a 6 Oz price of their house wines. They also had the $10 take away meal deal. We left the restaurant with so much food for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this restaurant and hopefully you are able to get Ashley as your server. She really took the experience up a notch.

By far, this was the poorest Carrabba's we have eaten at in four states. The service was sloooooow, including drink refills. Our wait time from being seated to service was 55 minutes. The special of the day chicken carbonara was under sauced to the point of dryness although the chicken was tender and moist. We asked for extra sauce at time of order, fearing it might be dry. We asked our server two more times during the meal for the sauce. The extra sauce when it did arrive almost at the end of the meal was cold and watery; it more resembled cold Alfredo sauce with water added. We politely voiced our complaints and were offered a pice of chocolate cake as a peace offering. Our server tried to explain he was "slammed" with two large parties besides us as he served the cake. The cake was not fresh and dry to the point of being crumbly. It was virtually inedible. This will be our last trip to this Carraba's. There are far too many good restaurants in Williamsburg to risk another mediocre experience with slow service, dry under sauced pasta and bad chocolate cake.

We ordered this delicious meal for takeout, and despite it being a to-go order, the quality and flavor were absolutely exquisite. Having dined at numerous Italian restaurants, I can confidently say that this place truly stands out—it surpasses others in every aspect: the rich, authentic flavor, generous portion sizes, and wide variety of options. Eating here made me feel as if I had been transported straight to Italy, with each bite evoking the true essence of Italian cuisine. Kudos to Carrabba's for delivering such an authentic and memorable dining experience! I eagerly look forward to returning soon to explore more of their delectable offerings..

Don't come here at night--
Came here about a week or so ago. Was exited as this was my first time coming to this chain restaurant and was happy to experience this with my family. Been to many Italian restaurants in the past; big and small.
Service was ok and hospitable but it was around 7pm and sometimes the server would take a long time to check up on our table. 15-20 minutes every time. Yet there wasn't that many customers and the other tables were getting similar experiences.
-Drinks were really good if you want some good cocktails I very much recommend that.
But I was disappointed to discover with my family that the food wasn't even up to par. It was very disappointing, and barely edible.
I got the new Filet and shrimp toscana.
Food looked good just average Italian dishes. Thankfully the shrimp was fresh and well seasoned. It was the best part.
Yet they definitely gave everyone including me at the table old pasta; that was reheated or has been out all day. It was dry, not fresh at all, and very flavorless on top of that along with the rest of the food. The creame "sauce" was very watery and stuck to the back of my throat. Just not good at all.
The Filet was also barley seasoned and was almost cooked past what I ordered medium rare.
We'd also got the Alfredo and it was just as bland and came with no Alfredo. Basically just old noodles. When asked for at least some sauce we were given a cold side bowel of "sauce" that was basically the same questionable creamy colored water that was on my toscana noodles
-no joke I'm 100% serious.
We had some lasagna as well and it was just.. wrong. I've had frozen microwaveable lasagna's that I'd rather eat than whatever that was. The 'meat' portion didn't taste like real meat, and it again seemed as if it was just the leftover reheated scraps of a lasagna.
It was just very disappointing as we were all hungry after being out all day with no food and for the price it was definitely not worth the visit. We didn't even bother taking anything home even as it was just that bad.
-I in fact started to feel ill later on the way back home as the "sauce" used for my dish seemed to never wash out. It tasted almost acidic in my throat and was just gross.
Maybe other dishes that are served during the day are standard, hopefully fresh, decent dishes. The seafood seems like a safe choice thankfully.
But I would NOT recommend coming here at night from this experience.
