  We had such a great experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. But what truly made the night special was our server, Giselle. She was absolutely wonderful — attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made us feel so welcomed and valued. She has positive energy and I would highly recommend her and this place.

  Giselle is amazing ! We had the best experience at Carrabba’s in Williamsburg thanks to Giselle! She was so sweet, super attentive, and made us feel completely taken care of the entire time. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out perfect, and she had the best energy. You can tell she really cares about her tables. 10/10 service — ask for Giselle if you go!

  Got our food and it was amazing!!! Hannah was very welcoming, easily the best server I’ve had (My 4th time being here). I got the lasagna and to my surprise, for the price, it tasted amazing. This is not exactly in my normal route but I will make the exception to try some other things on the menu. Getting the lasagna every time might be a lot to some, but when you find something that taste this good it’s hard to try something new. 10/10 all around!!

  Hannah did an outstanding job serving my family and me at Carrabba’s! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made sure our drinks were always full, our food came out just right, and she checked in at the perfect times without ever being intrusive. Hannah truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find service that genuine and thoughtful. Because of her, our visit to Carrabba’s was exceptional. We’ll definitely be back and hope to be in her section again!

  We were a large group of people who came in at about 7:45 on a night they closed at 10, from the beginning the service was disappointing unfortunately. When we walked in and the servers heard how many people were in the party (16) they proceeded to argue in front of us about who WAS NOT going to take the table because of the time . After we were sat , the server was not attentive at all , drinks were empty multiple times , after our food was dropped off he never returned to the table because he was doing his closing chores, half of the food we received was cold and portions were poor compared to pricing . 3 people ordered the Filet & shrimp tuscano and they received 4 slices of steak and 5 shrimp a piece for 30$ . At the end when it came to checks, the checks were split wrong 4 times . Over all the experience was disappointing and we are in town for a family vacation and sadly will never be returning to this location . Also no apologies were made for any inconveniences, just disappointing.
