I’ve never felt compelled to write a review like this, but the behavior of the manager during my visit was beyond unacceptable. She was rude, disrespectful, and completely unfit to be in a leadership position. From the moment she approached the situation, her tone was nasty and condescending, making it very clear that she had no interest in being helpful or professional.
Throughout the interaction, she repeatedly rolled her eyes while I was speaking, which was incredibly disrespectful and immature—especially coming from someone who is supposed to be a manager. Instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue, she spoke over me, dismissed my concerns, and responded with attitude and sarcasm. Her body language alone showed contempt, and her tone made it clear she didn’t care how she was treating a customer.
This wasn’t just poor customer service; it was a reflection of her character. The way she carried herself was mean-spirited, arrogant, and uncalled for. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to de-escalate the situation—just eye-rolling, attitude, and disrespect. It’s honestly shocking that someone who treats people this way is allowed to manage others or represent a business.
A manager sets the tone for the entire establishment, and her behavior alone ensured that I will never return. This experience left me feeling disrespected and frustrated, and it speaks volumes about what this business tolerates. Until this manager is replaced or seriously retrained, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
And I felt like she was trying to belittle me and she was being racist as well if I remember correctly her name was Renee? She is so disrespectful and I also saw her being rude to one of her workers who was also black shame on her and this establishment. Do better I am so disappointed.
