  Just about an hour ago I ordered The Hospital stuff food we all chipped in and got a big order and when I got to the restaurant to pick it up, they told me someone stole that order and they had to remake me that order. I I didn’t receive an apology for compensation for their mistake. I would not recommend coming here at all. The atmosphere is unbearable. The staff doesn’t seem to care.

  I was disappointed with my recent visit due to the overall lack of cleanliness throughout this Chipotle locations. The serving area, in particular, appeared unkept and did not reflect proper hygiene standards, which raised concerns about food safety. Additionally, this issue was not isolated—the dining area, floors, and surrounding spaces also appeared neglected. A clean and well-maintained environment is essential for a positive dining experience, and unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations resulting in leaving without placing an order.

  Let’s start off with how bad your employees attitudes are. You run out of rice in the middle of a busy shift and don’t have any to back it up? Then when you ask how long it’ll be, they tell you 10 to 20 minutes with the most attitude that they have. After standing in line for 10 minutes. The place is dirty and so are the attitudes of the employees. Me and about four other customers walked out.

  I've been to different Chipotles all over and this was not a great experience. The rice just didn't taste right, they seem to have forgotten to put the right seasoning on it, no lime for sure and the rice was either overcooked or some kind of sticky rice. The seating area was also dirty, tables not wiped down and the drinks area was just not looking good, I get it, they must have busy busy but someone could have cleaned a little. Don't think I'll return to this particular location.

  3rd time I’ve ordered from here where the order was wrong and the 2nd time I’ve ordered with the meat missing. No one wants to pay $50+ for a bean and rice burrito. How do you leave out the meat consistently? I’d rather wait for my order than for some one to just pack it with rice and beans and send me on my way just because it’s a Togo order. It’s not even the food quality it’s the lack of any food period. The first time it happened I thought maybe it was just a bad day which I get, but a 2nd time!? The lowest level of effort is something I refuse to pay for. Not coming back again.
