Ordering takeout with the friendly cashier was a breeze. My order was ready much sooner than expected...no argument there. The food was fresh, hot, delicious, and appealing to the eye. - KSKiara SantosMar 21, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this drive-thru. The team lead was extremely passive-aggressive and came across as hostile. It also seemed like there was a clear lack of proper training, including disability awareness and how to appropriately assist and communicate with all customers. At one point, it felt like she was encouraging the team to ignore me, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Additionally, the employee who handed me my food (a young woman with black nails) did so in an aggressive way that felt intimidating rather than welcoming. Overall, the customer service was poor, and the interaction made me feel disrespected. I hope management addresses these issues, especially around staff training and disability awareness, to ensure a better experience for all customers
