  I placed a online order for delivery. I went on the actual site to order and I guess it sends it to door dash. I tried to contact door dash through the website and it told me to contact the restaurant. I contacted the restaurant the guy was really rude and inconsiderate. His response was "we made the food door dash picked it up" thats door dash problem. He said you have to call door dash. I called door dash and i went through 5 different people just to be told that I have to contact the merchant to get a refund. I also explained to the person that I spoke to that I did the order through the actual website and he still redirected me to door dash. I got my food over an hour late it was cold and my guacamole was brown due to it sitting. I called the guy back when I got off the phone with door dash. He told me "THATS THE THING WITH DOOR DASH YOU NEVER KNOW" THEN HE SAYS IM NOT CALLING TONIGHT ILL CALL IN THE MORNING. HE ALSO SAYS WE MADE THE FOOD SO SOMEONE HAS TO PAY FOR IT". Im highly pissed. He showed no compassion. I told him his customer service skills were awful. He told me well how would you like me to be. I said you show compassion apologize. He says sarcastically "AWE IM SORRY YOUR FOOD WAS LATE" HOW WAS THAT? And says its not my fault why should i say sorry?? I work in customer service and when something happens that is out of my hands I say sorry for your inconvenience and im sorry that happened. I show compassion. I want my money back and I dont care who has to contact door dash . The guy had a lot of smart remarks and no care in the world. This was my second and last time ordering from this place. I know the delivery part was not their fault and I understand that, but how the situation was handled was inappropriate. The sarcasm was unprofessional.

  I’ve only ever ordered delivery from here but it’s been amazing every time. Flavor 10/10. The amount of food is crazy and good price. Love this place

  Very good experience and really fresh food! Bowls were perfect for the price, and we love the sauce wall! Will be coming back soon for sure. (Thanks for the workers kindness and patience when explaining everything to us as well!)
