- SSShay S6 days ago1.0Placed an order here that should have been ready at 1:00pm I took my lunch break to come get my order and did not receive it until about 1:40 even after being told it would only take 7 minutes I was also told the manager was going to “do something special” for me but i received NOTHING at all no extra food nothing special no discounts very bad experience ill be taking my business elsewhere next time

My girlfriend, her little brother and I were seated in a booth right by the entrance we were sitting at our table waiting for our server to place an order for drinks and food. Waited 10 minutes no one ever came to take our order but the table right by us that was seated after us order was taken and recieved their drinks. But still never came to our table to take our order. My girlfriend tried to get a waiters attention and was ignored. But wants to keep looking over at the table made eye contact multiple times tried to say something but was ignored so we got up and left. Will not be returning

Do you enjoy having the food brought to your table in piece meal fashion so no one eats at the same time? If you answered yes to any of these, then maybe you’ll enjoy this BWW location. Otherwise do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs. It’s simply not worth the aggravation. The food is not worth it.
