They said it was not ready, then ignored her as additional pizzas were brought up to the front for pick up. After another 15 minutes of being ignored, my wife asked them to check on our order again, and they found it in the original stack of pizzas they had previously checked. They did not acknowledge their mistake nor apologize in any way, and our pizza was room temperature by the time she got it home (5 minutes away).
