Arrived when the order was supposed to be ready according to the app. no one was at the sandwich bar or visible.The representative in the store was extremely rude stating the app has nothing to do with the order in which they make sandwiches. The order had not even been started. Although it had been 27 minutes since the online order had been put in and we arrived at the time indicated it should be ready for pick up. Why accept online orders if you aren’t going to honor the time they should be ready. Last visit. Sad in a town with few food options.

TWICE and ya still manage to drown my sandwich in that white goo, not once, not the 2nd time when I went back in and brought the discrepancy to their attn, nor the 3 time. EACH time everything was correct except it had mayo. This tells me they do not pay much attention to detail or to their customers. And to top it all off, a reward of a free foot long wasn't honored after submitting my order on the app. I showed them my receipt and record of my order. Instead of honoring my purchase, they instructed me to call the owner of the store. Utterly ridiculous! I will not be returning to this location.
