    Fries were cold and container wasn't close to being filled at the proper amount. Burgers were not hot and dry. I had to wait 15 minutes to get served. Truely pathetic quality food for the price charged

    Extremely dirty and nasty terrible service roof leaks sinks in the bathroom don’t work. How does employees wash hands ? Ordered my food plain came out with ketchup and onions barely anybody in the restaurant really guys

    I come to this McDonald's ALL THE TIME and never had any problems. Last night, I was at food lion up the street. As i was leaving I tapped on the mcds app to get the 20% off. So the food lion wifi disconnected which made the app say "check your wi fry". I have the screenshot and all. It made me loose my code. So when I got to mcds I asked the person at the speaker how can I retrieve my code. She told me what to do to get the code back. Very nice. So the code doesn't work, it said "already been used". But u can't use the same code twice. So the girl at the window called the manager...... she's like "it said already used IN NOT GONNA OVERRIDE IT!" very rude!!!!! Insisting that I already used the code when I know for a fact you cannot use the same code twice. She was very rude and didn't try to fix the situation AT ALL. please get better management. And sir or ma'am (bc I can't tell which one) fix your attitude!!
