  Waited forever to get the 73% hamburger to be placed in the meat counter. Butcher said they were grounding it up in the back and it would be a few minutes 30 minutes later. I had to go knock on the door. He asked me what I wanted, I told him and he handed me 2 packages with the wrong price on them by a .99 lb, telling me that they would take it off at the register. Never happened. Paid $5.39 lb instead of $4.49.

  Janay the cashier was great but she was definitely the only person working. Line of 6+ shoppers with full carts waiting in her line. A group of 5 food lion employees just hanging out about ten feet away just standing and staring off into space. All of the shoppers in front of me asked the cashier why nobody was helping her or opening up another register. Shout out Janay for being friendly and working.

  I like Food Lion but the prices are high as the sky and they don't have enough cashier's.
