    This Sonic is easily THE worst Sonic location in the Hampton Roads area. Long wait times are not usual. For me, it has been a 20 minute wait for my food each time we visited. The long wait won't be worth it either. Food is not hot and orders won't be accurate. If you want a good Sonic, go to the one in Carrolton. It's a 18 minute drive, but you're going to wait 18 minutes at this location anyways. At least you will be happy with what you order. Orders are quick, fresh, and hot. Also, pay no attention to the lukewarm apologies that follow these negative reviews. The real apology is a change in customer service and product quality. It hasn't changed in the 6.5 years that I've been here. Atp, one could say that mediocre service and poor execution IS their standard.
