I watched 4 customers leave because she refused to even engage with any customers why put someone on register like that? This place stays slow but she’s gotta go.

Our food was exactly what we expected, our coffees, not so much. We ordered mocha and caramel cold foams. I honestly don’t know why we bothered to order a flavor, as both coffees came out looking like this. The point of going out to get food is to not have to come home and doctor it up to match what you initially ordered. Idk man, as a fellow kitchen person, I feel like everything should be made relatively the same, every time, no matter who makes it. Especially in a corporate chain establishment. PS- the absolutely wonderful Latina manager is ALWAYS on point, she needs a raise!

- GEGreg EckertNov 27, 20254.0Friendly staff with speedy service, fresh and hot orders that were accurate. only downfall i could find was the app, we weren't given the opportunity to choose our beverages it just stayed locked on tea and although the order goes through on the app there was a good waiting point for it to appear in the restaurant's system.
