  My coworker and I both ordered the chicken Ceasar salad. The salad was small, some of the lettuce was brown, very little amount of chicken in the salad and neither of us got the parmesan crisps that were supposed to come in the salad. I could have bought a salad at chick fil A and had more in the salad for less money. My smoothie was not the best I've had from there either. This is probably the worst meal I've ever gotten there. I would have taken it back but I was at work and couldn't leave, had no other lunch so I was forced to eat it. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the food I paid an absorbent amount for.

  I used to love this location and never had any issues but lately it's been awful. First I ordered a smoothie on the app one morning just to get to the store and find it closed(during normal hours) they just hadn't showed up to open the store yet so I couldn't get my smoothie. Not long after I ordered a chicken quesadilla which came with no chicken and most recently ordered two smoothies, one for my self and a jetty jr for my son. I ordered half sugar in mine only. Upon receiving my sons was not sweet either(we've had these multiple times and know how they should taste). I went back through the drive thru to let them know there was an issue and was told it was right(by the manager or so I was told) and I could get another for half off. Ive worked in customer service for years and that is not how you handle that situation. We hadn't left, we hadn't drank the smoothie, they should've offered to make it the right way. I usually get 4-5 smoothies a week but from now on will be taking my business elsewhere.

  I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie! The smoothies were fresh, delicious, and made quickly. A special shoutout to Ryleigh for providing exceptional customer service — she was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s employees like her that make you want to come back. Highly recommend this location!

  I was having a rough day and I decided I wanted a smoothie to cheer me up. I went in and the interior was so clean and comfortable. Riley was my barista was she was so nice and made me feel like I belong. I got the peanut paradise it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back!
