Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Ordered a black bean nachos bell grande, and they even confirmed no beef, just black beans. Got home and started eating—they literally tried to hide the beef beneath the black beans! I ate beef for the first time in years because they were too lazy to just make another. I don’t know if you know this, but if you’ve done years without eating beef and then suddenly just start eating it again, it can make you really sick!

Well I ordered the new chicken tender burrito it was awful. Made very sloppy and the tenders were so hard it could crack a window. I called and left message for the manager no one never called me back. I will not order from Taco Bell on Main Street again ( couldn't go in either the lobby was closed at 7pm!). It's sad because we usually order $40 to $50 from work but we won't from that one anymore.

Normally this is our go to Taco Bell, but lately there has been a large group of teenagers crowding the counter. Normally, I don't mind, but it's been the same group and there's guys who get rowdy and cuss loudly and threaten each other. I might not care about the cussing, and whether the threats are joking or not, there are often families who visit with kids and it makes it uncomfortable.

I brought my family here for quick dinner tonight around 7pm. The kids all love Taco Bell and beg for it. Our 10 burritos were all made quickly and we received exactly what we ordered (although we always have to open each burrito to figure out what kind it is since it isn't really marked.) The dining room seemed pretty clean and updated. Despite my five kids, it was pretty quiet...because...
Soon, we were the only ones in the restaurant, even the entire staff had gone outside to mess around with their buddies in the parking lot. Eventually they all came back inside with their buddies who acted pretty immature (throwing ice across the restaurant, making constant remarks toward us to try to get us to look at them, loud noises, belching loudly.) As we were getting the kids into the car, one of the buddies came outside to where an employee was standing next to a car and appeared to pull at least one handgun from their back pocket and point it (jokingly) at one of the employees in the parking lot. Once I finished buckling in kids and started walking around the car, I could hear them racking the slide several times, probably to make sure it was unloaded to show off to their buddies.
I don't necessarily blame the restaurant for the behavior of the kids that were hanging around, but there did not seem to be a responsible adult managing the young employees and controlling the behavior of their friends. I am pro-second amendment and like for law-abiding citizens to be armed, but the immaturity of what we saw in the parking lot was a bit scary. That's exactly how serious accidents happen.
